This dashboard is designed to be useful without over-claiming.

What we mean by “measure” (Hubbard)

Reduce uncertainty with observable data.

Measurement here means: a set of observations that reduce uncertainty, reported as quantities and confidence/intervals — not perfect certainty.

Theological boundaries (Edwards / Conn)

No “heart certainty.”

This tool does not claim to detect regeneration. It assesses tract-level patterns that may be consistent with shalom/reconciliation outcomes, while acknowledging that God alone knows the heart.

Ethics

Tract-level only; no creepy microtargeting.

We work at neighborhood scale (census tracts) and prioritize dignity, transparency, and humility.

AA-only v1 → then broader.

Next milestones: add AA tract map, load indicator registry/weights, compute scores + uncertainty, and generate a printable tract report.
